Similarly, there is a saheeh hadeeth from Thabit ibn Dlahhak radi-Adl 'anhu that the he said, "A man has bernadzar during the Messenger of Allaah' alaihi wa sallam to slaughter a camel as in Buwanah qurban. Then he came to the Messenger of Allaah 'alaihi wa sallam as saying.

"It means: Verily I have to slaughter a camel bernadzar as qurban in Buwanah. Then Prophet 'alaihi wa sallam said,' Are there inside one of the idols that are worshiped Jaahiliyyah? They said, 'No'. He asked again. 'Is there inside one of the great days they were? ". They said,' No '. Messenger of Allaah' alaihi wa sallam said, 'Fulfill nadzarmu because nadzar need not keep the sinner in God and in the not possess (not able to do so) by humans'

Umar ibn al-Khaththtab radi 'anhu said, "Do you visit the mushrikeen churches (houses of worship) them on their big day because the real wrath of God will descend upon them"

He said again, "Avoid the enemies of Allah on the momentum of the days of their"

And from Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-Ash radi 'anhu, he said, "He who dwells in the lands of foreigners, and then make a new year and Fairs as they resemble them as well until he died in such conditions, it soon will be collected on the Day of Resurrection with them "

Based on the exposure that has been mentioned above, then the law should not be a Muslim who believes in Allah as your Lord and Islam as a religion and Muhammad as a prophet and messenger, held celebrations of the days that there is no foundation in Islam, including the party 'New Year'. Unfortunately many of the Muslims who imitate their celebration. Some even participated celebrate their holidays.
